Where does my order ship from?
Do you restock items?
We can restock some of our items! We will always let you know if we're selling out of an item that cannot be restocked.
What is your return policy?
We have a 5 day return policy. Items must be unworn or unused and in original packaging and must include receipt. (Custom or sale items not included)
What is your exchange policy?
We accept exchanges only for defective items
When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be applied as soon as your item is inspected and meets all requirements. Can be found under return policy
How should I wash my garment?
We recommend washing your items in cold water inside out, and line dry.
How should I wash my tumbler?
We recommend gently hand washing your tumbler and lightly scrubbing for long lasting results.
Handmade items are not dishwasher safe
What if my package gets lost?
One Oak Boutique is not responsible for lost packages. Please file a claim with the USPS
Do you offer custom orders?
We do offer custom orders. Please email us for inquiries
How long will my order take to be finished?
Each item has an estimated turn around time on its description, and orders are made in the order in which received. There is an option to rush your order for an additional fee. (Can be found under there Extras Collection)
